We meet with all potential buyers before showing them practices for sale, and buyers must be prequalified by a lender with experience making practice acquisition loans. Getting to know the buyer’s goals and their financial prequalification allows us to determine whether a buyer is a good match for a practice before the disclosure of information about practices for sale. Confidentiality agreements are signed, and we take great care in preserving the value of and limiting any disruption to our listed practices.
